On a crowded subway, Milo passes the time imagining the lives of the other passengers. See his illustrations brought to spirited life in this world-premiere musical, featuring dynamic new songs ranging from hip-hop and pop to country. Ride along with Milo from stop to stop as he begins to understand that first impressions aren’t always accurate, that his older sister ReRe isn’t always annoying, and that real life can sometimes be even more incredible than an imaginary one.

This is an international production. The adult actors need to be able to speak Persian/Farsi. Nothing advanced, just simple shopping conversations, and small talk. Actors under 16 are not required to speak Persian/Farsi.
The themes covered in this short student production are immigration and underlooked relationships. The goal is to touch on how people are left behind when people immigrate which could be considered a crisis in Iran as more and more people are immigrating or trying to immigrate every day. 

The story is narrated from the perspective of a shopkeeper who interacts with the main character, Anoosha, as she grows up in the neighborhood and maintains regular interactions with him as she shops groceries and snacks regularly. Eventually, Anoosha immigrates from Iran to America for college and the shopkeeper is left alone. He's reminded of his niece who immigrated years before Anoosha. We see Anoosha in America as she recieves a package of her favorite snack sent by the shopkeeper through her parents.

The College Experience is a 10-15 minute student short film created for a project. It will be made with a small crew, and shot from April 26th-28th.

The College Experience is about a young college freshman named Devin who is seeking "the college experience" (which in today's age ultimately means partying, getting drunk, and sleeping around). However, Devin is struggling to fit in with any groups. He's a frat reject. He parties too hard. He's a bit of a loose cannon. On one particular night out, Devin stumbles upon a student named Tessa who is recruiting for what seems to be a sort of religious group. Intrigued more so by the girl herself than the recruitment, Devin approaches and attempts to seduce her (but fails). However, with nothing else to do, Devin decides to attend this group meeting the following night. There, Devin meets the other members of this small group, "The Followers," including the leader, Grace, who sees herself as a God-like figure, and Lincoln, another member. Grace puts Devin through a series of rituals in order to break him down to his most vulnerable state, exposing all of his flaws. Lincoln, who claims he's already been "saved" by Grace, becomes jealous of Devin, who's getting all of the attention. Through lust, jealousy, false prophecy, and violence, the three characters must ultimately realize the importance of being yourself.

In metaphorical terms, I like to this of this story like an animal shelter. Devin is a stray, untamed, wild dog. Lincoln is a trained dog with a wild heart, but he's managed to contain it. Grace sees herself as a God-like figure, a savior of sorts. She "rescues" these dogs, The Followers, and highlights their negative attributes in order to make them dependent on her saving. 

One of the messages I want to portray with this story is "Those who assume a character which does not belong to them, only make themselves look foolish." I think this is a theme very relevant to college life. Devin needs to accept himself for who he is, rather than trying to become someone else in order to fit in. Lincoln needs to free himself, and realize he has not become some sort of perfect version of himself. Grace, of course, needs to stop pretending to be God.

“Seance Sisters”

A new, immersive experience premiering at KC, MN, and IndyFringe, summer 2024. 

In 1888, the Fox Sister Mediums were the foremost figures of the American Spiritualism Movement. They toured the United States, summoning “spirits” through widely popular seances. Until one night when everything changed…Join us as history repeats itself and the Fox Sisters perform their final seance. 

Casting the Roles of:

Margaretta (Maggie) Fox: The middle sister. A romantic at heart, with people pleasing tendencies and an unseen spine of steel. 

Katherine (Kate) Fox: The youngest sister, the ultimate people pleaser who appears younger than she is. 

Leah Fox: The oldest sister. A showwoman of the highest order. Has been in dire straits before and will never go back.

Compensation: $100 stipend with paid travel expenses

      *performing artists will also receive digital copies of headshots, production photos, and an archival performance recording for their personal use upon completion of the tour.

This is a short film of around six to ten minutes. The film is about a couple, Tom and Claire, who are going to celebrate Tom's birthday. Claire doesn’t know what to get him, so she asks for help. She asks one of her male friends, Phillip, to help her and tells Tom she will be at work. She meets Phillip at a park where they walk around talking about what to get him. Tom, who has had a stressful day at work, decides to go running while Claire is at work. While on his run, he sees Claire walking with a guy and gets suspicious. He follows them around to see what is going on. He does crazy things, like running into the street and almost getting hit by a car or hiding behind a tree to get a better look. He runs into a kid with ice cream and steals a bike from a stoner in the park. He goes through extraordinary loops to get to the bottom of it and gets close to catching them but they end up driving away. Tom walks back to his apartment, and after the horrible day struggles to get the door open. He finally opens the door and flips on the light. Claire, Phillip, and all of his friends are standing with balloons and a birthday cake yelling surprise.

BITCH-BOT is a short film project for a film class at the University. Filming will be done over 3-4 days in mid-late April depending on the availability of cast and crew. 

The two principal characters are AI.Mee and Zeke. Zeke also has two friends, Alex and Jack. 

The film will be posted on YouTube and displayed in class at the end of the year. The current plan is not to submit the project to anything else.

This project will include mentions of sexual assault and attempted sexual assault. It is not talked about graphically, but it could still be upsetting. If this is a triggering topic, this may not be the project for you

AI.Mee is a feminine android, who is owned by Zeke, an aspiring streamer. AI.Mee takes care of all the cooking and cleaning for Zeke, as well as acting as a companion for him. Zeke is a gamer who spends all his time outside of work streaming and playing with his friends, Alex and Jack. 

AI.Mee spends most of her days watching and observing the world around her. She picks up on a lot that people don't notice. Zeke has been getting progressively more aggressive with AI.Mee with the encouragement of his friends. As AI.Mee sees and processes the world, she slowly gains more self-awareness and autonomy. One day, while Zeke is having his friends over, Alex and Jack begin getting extremely aggressive with AI.Mee. They are planning to assault her. Her self-preservation takes over and she kills both Alex and Jack.

This is an independent project, no big backing or producers. All funded by me! I've shot/Directed/edited multiple music videos and short films in Minneapolis.

This project will be shot across 2 days because of budget (two 12hr days). All sequences will be shot in Jacksonville, FL. Goal of this film is for distribution as well as exposure in film festivals. 

Two criminals (father and son) attempt to leave town after a botched job in robbing a residence. Although they begin to face their own destructive nature head on which may lead to their own demise.

The story focuses on the subject matter of our fight with the flesh. (Romans 7:7-25, Galatians 5:16-21, Ephesians 2:3). The flesh will be personified to demonstrate in a visual representation the struggle we go through in fighting against our own earthly desires.

The "flesh" will be an actual person with a faceless mask (similar in stature and body type to each character) to magnify how real and difficult the fight can be.

Both characters (Reuben and Mel) struggle with thievery as well as also addiction to drugs and alcohol. 

Asarai will be Reuben's love interest and represent one who fights the flesh with God's grace apart from human efftort.

Will be a PG-13 RATING.

Takeout is a short film by college students. The film will be shot with a BlackMagic Pocket Cinema 4k camera. Currently, we have enough money for the production but we're still unsure if we have any funds to pay actors. Still looking for producers willing to cover actor stipends.

"Takeout" is a horror-thriller screenplay centered on Andy, a hardworking college student and takeout delivery boy, and his girlfriend Eve, a horror fiction writer and enthusiast. Living in a modest apartment, their lives take a mysterious and dark turn intertwined with supernatural elements and a cunning ploy for survival.  As they navigate the challenges of impending parenthood and financial strain, a seemingly mundane delivery job spirals into a nightmare. The story unfolds a complex plot involving a haunted house, a sinister scheme involving smuggled diamonds, and an unsuspecting twist at the ned. With the lines between reality and the paranormal blurred, the orphan couple's love and sanity are tested to the limits in this tale of deceit, survival, and the occult. Casting is open for actors to bring to life this intense narrative filled with suspense, emotional depth, and a touch of the supernatural.

The Forge takes place in an old school that's home to a courthouse and police station. Follow Shaw who's never seen on camera but heard. Watch Shaw build is underworld of criminals and dirty cops. Shaw is always under investigation while the other stories and secrets within the walls of the Forge reveal themselves

This story has been rewritten for the last time!! lol! This will be shot in Pittsburgh. Feature length series. Paid project. I'm looking for new and upcoming actors looking to build their reels and showcase their skills. 

Meet Bonnie a young woman who's been through a rough upbringing and abusive relationship. She tried to do things but society wouldn't accept her after she beat murdering her abusive boyfriend. 
You'll meet her best friend/right hand that's been through it all with her

You meet a couple detectives Pope and Linda Williams that won't rest til Bonnie is off the street

This series will be a mixture of cop drama, toxic family, betrayal, and triumph
